Goodby Weekend

This old miners cabin has the cache in it, but to unstable to go get, bummer.
One of the mills out at Pioneer.

Yes my weekend is almost over with, after a weekend of staying home and not going anywhere which was well welcome here, its back to work on Monday. Today we have been outside working around the yard and with Lucy (Goat) at my side where ever I go, I dont get alot done. Yesterday we took acouple of hours before sun down and went out Geocaching, and finding 3 out of 4 not to bad. So as you can see my numbers are growing at the top right hand side of my blog. I feel that I have the fever for this kind of stuff and running around in the desert is like nature to me because I have lived here for so long I know my way. Yesterday we went to an old mining site called Pioneer, not alot left but to think at one time they were getting thousands of dollars of gold out of these hills. It was windy and chilly. The GPS said we were at 4200 fett elevation, so you can see why it was chilly, the only thing moving around was the burro and some cows we saw. Hope all is well out in blog land and that your week starts off to be a good one for all of you. Taa taa for now. And may the good LORD be with you all.

Sounds like you are having lots of fun!! The desert must be so beautiful, for all it's harshness. Someday, I'm going to head out that way and see it!

Have a great week!

Thanks so much for the sweet award, and I love visiting you! The geocaching sounds like a lot of fun, although I'm not sure how it works. Wonder if they do that here? I love the pictures of the wild donkeys, I was hoping to see some when we went to Red Rock Canyon but didn't see a thing. Hope your having a wonderful week! Love ya girl!!!
