Happy New Week!

Hello Everyone. Sorry I took so long to post something, I have had the worst case of writers block. Saturday Danielle and I went to Tonopah for her game and what a long day that turned out to be and sun burned too. I went around town when there was a break between games. Tonopah is an old mining town and our county seat. Sue used to live there years ago, not there is not much left, alot of business have closed down. When gold took a drive most of the mines closed up and left, but now with gold at $700 a ounce we might see them coming back and maybe to Beatty. Rumors around town is that they are sniffing around, which we could use it if they come back. So that's my little history lesson for your all. Today Danielle is playing ball in Amargosa Valley, I was not up for sitting in the hot sun again. Hope that your weekend went well, Until next post, taa taa.. Here are some pictures I got while in Tonopah! Enjoy The Blue and White house is for sale or rent, any takers?

Such neat historical pictures. thanks for taking them. Do you want to buy the big house and open up a boarding house for all the new miners? haha. MB

Hey, that's a good idea MB!! I love that blue and white house, what was it before? I don't remember it? Tonapah used to be such a boom town, so sad to see it dry up and waste away! Thanks for the photos sis!

Those are great pictures, Allison. Writer's block--it must be contagious! Somedays I have it too! How interesting that they may come back looking for gold.
